    ​A job meeting in the Asharqia Chamber presents 284 jobs to work in the hospitality and entertainment sector 

    Asharqia Chamber Employment Center held, on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 31 - June 1, 2022, an expanded job meeting dedicated to the hospitality and entertainment sector, during which 284 jobs were provided for several institutions and companies specialized in this regard, which participated in the meeting.
    The meeting, which was carried out in coordination between the Center and the Chamber's Hospitality and Leisure Committee, and the branch of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and the Human Resources Development Fund branch in the Eastern Province received 700 male and female work students. A qualified national, or capable of qualifying to work in this field. 
    The First Vice Chairman of the Chamber’s Board of Directors and Chairman of the Hospitality and Leisure Committee Hamad bin Muhammad Al-Boali described the meeting as successful, as it contributed to facilitating the coordination process between job seekers on the one hand, and the institutions working in this regard, which is considered very difficult due to the multiplicity and abundance of institutions as well as their geographical distance. However, this meeting provided all parties to the process the opportunity to choose the most appropriate, whether in terms of personal competencies and qualifications or terms of offers and financial and non-material compensation offered by operating institutions on the other hand.​ 

    Al-Buali added that this meeting - and other similar meetings - contribute to supporting the option of Emiratisation in the private sector, and raising the rates of Emiratisation in private institutions in the Eastern Region, by providing institutions with the required human cadres, to cover job vacancies in these facilities or to support areas of development. He pointed out that the hospitality and entertainment sector provides dozens of jobs in various fields, in various locations in our beloved country, especially in light of the general trend of tourism with all its names in the Kingdom, within the outputs of Vision 2030. It is a sector that supports development from its two parts, tourism and entertainment on the one hand, and social ( job creation) on the other hand.
    Al-Buali stressed the keenness of the Asharqia Chamber - specifically the Hospitality and Entertainment Committee - to support public national options such as Saudization and Saudization in the private sector, and this is embodied in several events, including this distinguished job meeting. It is noteworthy that the meeting witnessed the participation of 20 facilities and government agencies.​
